A PDF of your original project — literature reviews without results are ineligible. Hard limits: 20 pages, 4 MB, every figure cited (including your own), no external links, file named LASTNAME.FIRSTNAME.ZIPCODE.上传原创研究的 PDF——没有结果的文献综述不符合资格。硬性规定：20 页以内、4 MB 以内、每张图表都须注明出处（包括自制图），正文不得放外部链接，文件名为 LASTNAME.FIRSTNAME.ZIPCODE。

First-time researchers are common and fine. Lists prior individual projects, programs, conferences, publications. Any past team research must be disclosed and distinguished from the submitted work (200 w).第一次做科研的申请者很常见，也完全没问题。列出既往个人项目、科研营、会议报告与论文。若曾参与团队研究必须披露，并用 200 词说清与本次课题的区别。

Essays 四篇短文

Activities & Awards 活动与奖项

Test Scores 标化成绩

The disclosure trap披露即安全，隐瞒即出局

STS permits paid programs, family STEM connections, and mentor-provided ideas — but every one must be disclosed.
